Justice Law and Order Sector (JLOS) is one of the most important enabling sectors in Uganda. Internationally, the rule of law has become one of the principal variables for sustainable development and poverty alleviation. While the administration of Justice, law and order is a key instrument for realizing growth and socio-economic development in Uganda, resources allocated to JLOS are inadequate.
