Uganda Heart Institute Inputs to be purchased to deliver outputs and their cost

The Cardiac Catheterization facility and the dedicated operating theatre for heart surgery are functional awaiting commissioning. A stand by generator has been delivered and installed. A variety of specialist equipment have been procured, A Cardiac ambulance has been procured. However funds to operationalise the facility are inadequate. Even the utility costs have gone up.
