Critical Oil Roads

These are two resource; a GIS & CSV dataset, both of which show the 17 roads (by name and length in kilometres) that the Uganda government plans to build in the oil rich area of the country. At the time of obtaining this data, all were indicated as being under procurement. The data was obtained by the African Centre for Media Excellence from the Uganda National Roads Authority. No additional processing was done by ACME, except to extract the human readable CSV data from the GIS dataset obtained.
