Class of vehicles involved in road crashes in ...

The data shows the different classes of vehicles that have been involved in road traffic crashes in Uganda since 2011. The classes of vehicles include motor cars, dual-purpose vehicles, light omnibus, medium omnibus, motor cycles, pedal cycles, etc. The data indicates that the leading class of vehicles involved in crashes in the last 12 years (2011 – 2022) is motor cars followed by motor cycles. The two classes contributed to over 60% of all vehicles involved in road crashes. Light omnibus was the third leading class of vehicles involved in crashes.
